Paul Petriffer nasce 53 anni fa a Funes (BZ), in Trentino Alto Adige. Ora assieme alla moglie Susanne Schick conduce un’azienda di 700 ettari nell’est della Germania. Gran parte della sua vita l’ha trascorsa come preparatore di vacche da Show. Sicuramente può vantarsi di aver lavorato con le più grandi vacche da Show al mondo: Blackrose, Star Lily, Paradise, Redrose, Idial, Lexington e O’Kalibra. Pertanto grazie al suo lavoro come preparatore ha viaggiato in molte nazioni del mondo conoscendo i più famosi allevatori del settore. Il riconoscimento di maggior prestigio ricevuto è stato il Klussendorf MacKenzie Award al World Dairy Expo nel 2017. Nel corso degli anni è stato proprietario e comproprietario di 13 soggetti che sono stati nominati All American e All Canadian. È stato giudice associato al World Dairy Expo di Madison nel 2009. Nel 2019 è stato incaricato da ANAFIBJ come responsabile della preparazione delle vacche italiane che hanno partecipato al Confronto Europeo di Libramont.

Paul Petriffer was born 53 years ago in Funes (Bolzano), Trentino Alto Adige region. Today, together with wife Susanne Schick, leads a farm of 700 ha in the east of Germany. Big part of his life was spent working with dairy cows as a fitter. He can boast to worked with some of the most famous cows around the world: Blackrose, Star Lily, Paradise, Redrose, Idial, Lexington and O’Kalibra. Through his fitting experience, he travel most of the countries all over the world, to meet the most important breeders of the livestock sector. The most prestigious award received was the Klussendorf MacKenzie Award at the World Dairy Expo in 2017. Over the years he also owned and co-owned 13 nomination All American and All Canadian. He also was Associates Judge in 2009 WDE. In 2019 he was commissioned by ANAFIBJ as responsible for the preparation of the Italian cows that participated in the Libramont European Championship.
